As a direct repair shop for most insurance companies, Isom Collision and Custom Paint works for your benefit.  It is our goal to have customers who are confident and satisfied with their repair services. If you are a resident around the Woodlawn, VA area, here are a few answers to additional questions you may have. We can work with ANY insurance company that you may have.

What kind of warranty do you have?

We provide a lifetime warranty pertaining to defects in workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage by improper maintenance, neglect, or abuse.

Do you work Saturday hours?

Not at this time. We do however offer by appointment only, vehicle pick up services.

How many estimates do I need?

Normally, you only need one estimate unless your insurance company states otherwise.

What is a deductible?

A deductible is the amount that the insured agrees to pay first. After the deductible has been met, the insurance company picks up the rest.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept cash, insurance and personal checks.

How long will the repairs take?

We will be able to give you an approximate completion date when you are scheduled for repairs. This can change due to part availability and/or hidden damage.

What is a Direct Repair Shop?

We write the estimate (per the insurance company’s guide lines), take photos, schedule the repairs and help coordinate a rental.

How do I care for my new paint?

We recommend hand washing only, using car wash soap, with sponge or cloth. Do not use brushes, harsh chemicals or wax for 60 days. Also, do not place magnets or other accessories on fresh paint for 90 days.
